  1. Pour oil then add chopped onions and golden brown them then put them out of pan
  2. Then in the same pan add g. g paste
  3. Then add potato and broil them then add chopped slices of tomatoes
  4. The add Shan Bombay biryani masala and broil it well
  5. Then apply tandoori masala over chicken and mix then place it in the pan too. Then add bhuna masala and broil for 5 min
  6. Then add corrider and allu bukharai then add 3 to 4 glass water cover and let it cook until tomatoes tenderize
  7. Then addbeaten yougert crushed fried onions and garam masala powder and broil it well then cook for 10 minutes and put aside
  8. Then soak rice in water then in a pan pour water and add sabut garam masala in it and zeera
  9. Let it boil then add rice in it let them cook until they were half done
  10. Then for layering first gave layer of rice then pour gravy over it then garnish lemon slices, mint corriender and green chillies
  11. Then add Slices of tomatoes
  12. Then layer of rice again and add half cup oil over it cover the cap of pan with news paper and put on dum for 5 to 6 minutes then serve
