- 1/4 cup Peri Peri sauce
- 1 tbsp Chilli garlic sauce
- to taste Salt
- 1 tsp Black pepper
- 1/4 tsp Garlic powder
- 1 tsp Oregano
- 1 cup Oil
Instructions to make to make Peri Peri noodles
- At first marinate the chicken with all spices and sauces and add salt as well according to your taste.. Left for half an hour
- Now add oil in pan and let it cook on low flame and when it tenderize it will take almost half an hour then gave coal smoke for 1 to 2 min and shred chicken and put aside..
