- For crust: boil and shred chicken. Add parmesan and eggs. Mix well.

- Sauce: Olive oil in pan, on medium heat, cook garlic til fragrant. A few minutes.
- Add tomato sauce and spices. Continue on med. heat for another 10 mins or so. Until the sauce darkens, thickens, and smells more fragrant. Set aside to cool.
- Pizza: Top chicken crust with sauce, then mozzarella. Top with as much pepperoni as you like. Sprinkle some extra parmesan on top.
- In the 425° oven for another 20 minutes. Broil at the end for crispy pepperoni.
